Geertruidenberg, Car trunk sale

In Geertruidenberg, Hollands Oudste Stad, a cozy second-hand stuff market is held during the summer months. A number of markets are held on Saturday evening and a number of markets on Sunday during the day.

In the center of the old town, under the old lime trees of the Market Square, some 120 to 130 participants stand from their cars, from a rug or from a table selling their 2nd hand goods.
This busy market is definitely worth visiting on a Saturday evening or Sunday. The market radiates sociability and during a tour of the stalls you pass by cafes, restaurants and a great ice cream parlor.
