The old (the mill) and the new (the new housing estate) had to be expressed in this sculpture. It is based on the old rhyme: four old bitches, couldn't get each other. The four figures make a round dance and can be related to the sails of the mill. The rhyme ends: they have found each other and are now joined in bronze.
