Is it just me or is the world getting crazier by the day...? Maybe we all need therapy. But then the question is, which therapy should you choose?

There is therapy for everything these days: sex therapy, psychoanalytic psychotherapy...I don't even know what that is...behavioral therapy, systems therapy, experiential therapy, relationship and family therapy. Maybe we should just start with laughter therapy, because no matter what challenges you're going through right now, laughter is always the best medicine.
