Waalwijk, Theater De Leest Jade Mintjens

Please note! This performance has been rescheduled from Wed, Jan. 14 to Wed, Nov. 4, 2026. Ticket holders have been notified by email.

Colorful, hilarious, sharp, and musical

At first glance, Jade Mintjens seems like a cheerful, likeable girl from the Antwerp Kempen region. And she is. But that doesn't mean she can't be razor-sharp from time to time. In her performance, she colorfully sketches hilarious scenes from her life. And for those who already know her a bit: yes, she brings her guitar. "Original storyteller who doesn't stick to the standard comedy topics." (De Morgen ★★★★)

Mintjens has quickly become a popular personality in Flanders (via 'De Slimste Mens', among others) and noticed during her performances that there were more and more Dutch people in the audience. So now Jade crosses the border in turn and says firmly to all Dutch people: thanks for coming!
