Mountain biking

Mountain bikers enjoy the easier green route and the more difficult black route in National Park De Loonse en Drunense Duinen.

The green mountaintbikeroute is located in the east of De Loonse en Drunense Duinen. It is a single track of over 16 kilometers long that winds through the nature reserve 'De Margriet' and along 'Het Hengstven'. This route (which can be followed via the green mtb symbols) has few height differences and is therefore easier to ride than the black mountain bike route.

The black route is a single track of 26 kilometers long with many differences in altitude. It is a technical 'medium-heavy' route, very suitable for the experienced mountain biker. On the black route there are some shortcuts allowing you to bypass the toughest sections.

An MTB vignette is required to ride the mountain bike trails. Buy your MTB vignette online. Thanks to your contribution, the trail can continue to exist.
