Bed & Breakfast "De Rammesdoenk" is located on the Kerkstraat in Raamsdonk, a village in the municipality of Geertruidenberg. Raamsdonk was first mentioned in 1253 and is the westernmost village of the Langstraat. The village, originally part of the municipality of Raamsdonk, was added to Geertruidenberg in 1997. The name "Raamsdonk" possibly refers to the presence of badgers or a personal name, and "dunc" refers to a sandy hill in a swampy area.
