This location is part of the Wet Blue route.

The Town Hall at Winterdijk was inaugurated in 2010. From the north side (A59 side), the sight lines offer a view of some Waalwijk monumental icons: the domes of the church of St. John the Baptist and the stepped gable of the old Town Hall.

The entrance at Winterdijk leads to the main hall, where regular exhibitions take place.

In the modern and sustainable building, Waalwijk's history has not been forgotten. For example, the wall of the council chamber is covered with leather, and for the carpet in that room, the stroke landscape that surrounds the city was the inspiration.
