At the reception you can rent bikes, so you can explore the area and De Loonse en Drunense Duinen in a relaxed way. Something that can also be done on foot, of course. The multilingual staff will be happy to tell you more about the possibilities. And if the kids have been very sweet for a few days, you can surprise them with a visit to, for example, De Efteling. This world-famous amusement park is less than a ten-minute drive away. A little further away is Safaripark Beekse Bergen, while lovers of (cultural) history may prefer to visit the fortified town of Heusden.
