Natuurgebied Vlijmens Ven
Walk or cycle along the Heidijk in Vlijmen along the Vlijmens Ven, the nature reserve with the most species-rich plant record ever observed in the Netherlands. Blue grassland and the protected butterfly 'pimpernelblauwtje' find their home here. There is a lookout point in the shape of a peat ship, from which you have a magnificent view of a seepage wetland with fields, grasslands and forest.
