Walk towards the east into the Van Heeswijkstraat.
At the end of the street turn right.
Cross over at the bus stops, towards the highway. Then continue through the tunnel following the bike/walking path.
At the T-junction follow bike path to the left, direction Loon op Zand.
Turn right into the forest path. For now, follow the Hertogenpad and node arrows.

We walk through the beautiful beech forest. Many generations have built huts and played forest games here. Suddenly you see on the right one of the most beautiful trees in the Netherlands. It is called 'The Cathedral'. Also called 'Gedenkboom', because relatives like to commemorate their loved ones there.
Instead of turning left to junction 92 we cross the heathland. Until we reach a junction. Alternative: At very high tide you may MUST turn around. Then walk to junction 92, then right onto the wide sandy path.
At the end of the moor you come to a junction. Take the 2nd path to the right. Alternative: On the wide sandy path take the first path to the right. Walk on until you reach the five-intersection. Take the path straight ahead, with the boulder on the left. You come out at the cottages.
Walk towards the main building of Het Loonsche Land.
At the parking lots straight ahead, along the Proeftuyn. Past the barriers to the public road. Before the gates turn left onto the footpath.
At junction 95 and the crosswalk follow the winding path, end right and immediately left. Follow the junction route, this goes in the direction of junction 51.
