Middle of Huis ter Heide

From our church this route leads to Nature Cemetery Huis ter Heide. A special place where nature and eternal rest come together in a beautiful way.

1. At the first junction you deviate from the junction route. Go right through the gate and keep going straight
   On the Molenbaan. At the next intersection also go straight on.
   
   On the left you see information center Huis ter Heide. A nice opportunity for a farewell. On the right a trail network, which is also nice to walk. In the middle of it are picnic benches.
   
   
2. Take the wide sandy path on the right. Until KP12 and turn right towards KP14.
   
   On the left you see a beautiful heathland; at its most beautiful in August-September. Enjoy the beautiful view on the bench!
   
   
3. Walk 1 km straight ahead. This is the unpaved part of the Galgeneindstraat. On the right you see a viewpoint over the Bodemven. Turn right at KP14.
   
   What a beautiful "tree lane," isn't it? Can you discover what is grown in the fields?
   
   
4. Turn left at the T-junction. Depart from the junction route here.
5. On the cobblestone road turn right. The Pastoor Kampstraat.
