Huis ter Heide south

Walk through a small pearl in the Heart of Brabant: estate Huis ter Heide. Not a large area, but that doesn't detract from its beauty. Walk through the area of the Scottish Highlanders, which you often see around the fens. In summer they seek cooling here. It is beautifully visible from the high vantage point at node 66. You can also find frogs, dragonflies and storks in the area, which gather especially during migration in August. View the wet fens from the dirt trail, walk across the water via the Vlonderpad, or view the beautiful area from one of the lookout towers. The Vlonderpad is flooded during very high water and mostly on dry land during long dry times
